Donna J. Janousek, age 94 years, of Holmen, Wisconsin and formerly of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse.
She was born on October 8, 1930 at Wonewoc, Wisconsin, the daughter of Emmet and Arlene (Bradley) Warn. Donna was united in marriage to Richard A. Janousek on February 17, 1949.
They farmed in the Town of Greenwood for many years and then moved into the City of Hillsboro. Richard preceded her in death on February 2, 1999.
Donna enjoyed baking and sewing.
Survivors include her daughters, Sheryl (Terry) Pederson and Lisa (Kurt) Barnes; grandchildren, Johnny Briskey and Whitney Barnes (Chris Liermann); great grandchildren, Jordan Briskey, Presley Liermann and Kennedy Liermann and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro. A time of visitation will be held at the Picha Funeral Home on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
