Edward T. “Ski Dog” Revels, age 60 years, of Dilly, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Serenity Hospice House in Tomah, Wisconsin.
He was born on November 25, 1964 in Hillsboro, Wisconsin, the son of Verlo O. and Delores (Teal) Revels. He attended the Hillsboro Schools.
Ski Dog was always busy doing something. For many years he drove truck for White City Lumber and hauled canned milk for some of the Amish farmers in the area. Many times, he was often found in his garage at home doing automotive mechanics for himself or someone else.
He was an active participant in the Thirsty Thursday Club and enjoyed spending time with family and friends at an annual 4th of July Celebration that he held. Ed also enjoyed hunting and was able to go out west and hunt in Colorado.
Survivors include his children, Nacole (David) Cox, Alan (Alanna) Revels, Catherine (Paxton) Burmaster, Amy Lawrence, Jamie (Jamin) Raiten, April (Luke) Burch and Jill Teal (Mark Carlson); former wife, Rita Revels; grandchildren, Zander, Diesel, Noah, Trenton, Ashley, Dawson, Savannah, Tyler, MaKayla and Keith; several Great Grandchildren; brother, Frank (Jill) Revels; sister, Tammy Karstetter; many nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins and family friends.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; brothers, Verlo “Turtle” Revels, Bernie Revels and an infant brother, Gary Revels.
A gathering celebrating Ski Dog’s Life will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. at the Rockton Bar.
Interment will be held in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro.
